Our Founder
Archisha Mehan
Archisha Mehan is the Founder of FedConsult, a firm dedicated to helping businesses thrive in the federal contracting marketplace. With more than 30 years of experience across finance, strategy, and government contracting, she brings a unique blend of market intelligence and executive leadership to her clients.
Before founding FedConsult, Archisha spent over ten years in federal market intelligence, first at Fedmine and later as Head of Federal at Govspend, where she expanded access to federal business intelligence for agencies, contractors, and industry partners. Her background also includes leadership roles in commercial banking, supporting government contractors and real estate clients, and developing strong expertise in financing, market strategy, and business growth.
She is an engaged leader in the business community, actively serving on advisory boards and committees such as the SAME Small Business Council Education and Communication Committees and the SBA 504 Loan Committee for the Business Finance Group.
Archisha holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Stirling in Scotland and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Mumbai. Passionate about empowering small businesses, she continues to champion opportunities for entrepreneurs navigating the complex federal landscape.
